Payment Instructions

 IMPORTANT INVOICE NOTE: Winning Bidders will receive one invoice combining purchases from Day-1 & Day-2 at the conclusion of both sales on May 8th, 2024

Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving invoice by wire transfer, company check with a bank letter of guarantee, certified funds, Zelle, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or by making a deposit at a local Bank of America into our CT account.

Please Note: The Maximum Credit Card payment is $10,000 per invoice.

Buyers Premium

18% BP for buyers paying via Cashiers Check, Company Check or Wire Transfer will apply to your purchase. 21% BP for any buyers paying via Credit Card. (Example: a $100 purchase paying by cash instrument the total with BP is $118 and a $100 purchase paying via credit card the total with BP is $121. (Invoices usually go out at the higher rate, and can be discounted or just pay at the lower BP rate amount).

  1. Resellers – Only CA Sales Tax Exemption Forms ( ) are allowed with a CA reseller’s number.   An out of state reseller must supply us with proof the goods left CA (bill of lading) or have been resold (PO from your buyer or your invoice to your buyer is also acceptable)
  2. Manufacturing  Partial Exemption is allowed with the full completion of CA BOE 230-M Partial Exemption Certificate for Manufacturing & R&D (Rate less 3.9375%) Link to form:    link to CA website for more information: NOTE: For Partial Mfg exemption if buyer doesn’t have a CA # to put down –they need to write reason in permit # field.  
  3. Shipment out of State – We Need proof the goods left CA (bill of lading) or resold (copy of resale invoice or PO from Buyer). Sales tax must be paid and will be reimbursed upon receipt of required documentation. Please let us know that you will be sending us this proof right away that way we can note this in the file for a speedy refund.

We will charge Sales Tax until we are supplied with the appropriate completed US state resale or manufacturing exemption form: Sales Tax Certificates. We need this for every sale fax to 203-488-4577, or e-mail to
