Payment Instructions
Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving invoice by wire transfer, company check with a bank letter of guarantee, certified funds, Zelle, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or by making a deposit at a local Bank of America into our CT account.
Please Note: The Maximum Credit Card payment is $10,000 per invoice.

Buyers Premium
20% BP for buyers paying via Cashiers Check, Company Check or Wire Transfer will apply to your purchase. 23% BP for any buyers paying via Credit Card. (Example: a $100 purchase paying by cash instrument the total with BP is $120 and a $100 purchase paying via credit card the total with BP is $123. (Invoices usually go out at the higher rate, and can be discounted or just pay at the lower BP rate amount).

- Resellers: An exemption is allowed if items are being purchased for resale and the buyer is registered as a Reseller in Texas or another state. To receive this exemption the Buyer must complete Texas Form 01-339 (Page 1) (https://comptroller.texas.gov/forms/01-339.pdf )
- Use in Manufacturing: An exemption is allowed if items are being purchased if items will be used directly in the manufacturing process or will be consumed in the manufacturing process and the buyer is a registered Manufacturing entity in the United States. To receive this exemption the Buyer must complete Texas Form 01-339 (Page 2) https://comptroller.texas.gov/forms/01-339.pdf
- Shipment out of State: Sales tax must be paid and will be reimbursed upon receipt of required documentation, (ie. bill of lading) We need to receive this by January 18, 2024 in order to receive a refund from us. (Otherwise, you will can file the amount as use tax on your return.)
We will charge Sales Tax until we are supplied with the appropriate completed US state resale or manufacturing exemption form: Sales Tax Certificates. We need this for every sale fax to 203-488-4577, or e-mail to service@thebranfordgroup.com. If you are sending in a Bill of lading to receive a refund of Sales tax; we need the document by January 18th.
